LootLens ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by BEERS LABS LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the LootLens mobile application and related services.

Information We Collect

• Account data — email address and user ID when you create an account.
• eBay authorization — when you connect your eBay account, we store an OAuth refresh token to create listings on your behalf. We do not store your eBay password.
• Item data — photos and item details you scan or enter to create listings.
• Usage data — basic analytics about app features used, to improve the product.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and publish eBay listings on your behalf using the eBay Sell API.
• To provide AI-powered item identification and pricing from publicly available sold-price data.
• To maintain your inventory and listing history within the app.

eBay Data

LootLens uses the eBay API to create listings. Your eBay OAuth token is stored securely and used only to perform actions you explicitly authorize within the app. You can revoke LootLens access at any time from your eBay account settings under Third-party app access.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as necessary to operate the service (e.g., sending listing data to eBay's API) or as required by law.

Data Security

OAuth tokens are stored in your device's secure enclave. We use HTTPS for all API communication. We do not store your eBay credentials on our servers.
